We can not use coal to our apartment, we have a barbecue, but no electricity or gas. Is there anything else we can buy that will leave us without the use of coal for barbecue?
4 comI like rare steak medium rare. Even if only one person you love to cook well done (believe me I do not understand why you like that).
How do I make these steaks? I think they are counter-net. They were very expensive and are beautifully marbled.
I always use a charcoal, because the flavor is 10,000 times better than gas.

We bought an amazing new barbecue and asked to see our other old as the launch. The burner is shot and we can not find a replacement, but is still structurally sound, I just want to know how to turn it into charcoal grill or smoker. . . I had intended to cover the bottom with ceramic tile, but I do not think that will provide the proper air circulation. . . suggestions?
